Listed below are the items not included in the above program description PDF.

Additional order forms are available at the pool in the foyer.

We gain more money by check orders than credit card orders (credit
card processing fees offset profit).

There is a flat rate of $4.95 on every shipment of cards. This is
automatically deducted from our gross profit. Regardless of
whether we order 1 card or 100 cards the shipping price remains the
same. Therefore, the more orders that are shipped AT ONE
TIME, the more profit the club acquires.

HPSC will receive a check approximately every 2-3 months for the
percentage of profit we have gained over that period of time,
less the shipping costs.

Family and friends are certainly encouraged to participate in this
program. They will follow the same steps as those listed in the
previous email. They can choose to have the card(s) shipped
directly to them which will cost them an additional $4.95 or they
can have the card(s) shipped to Pam with a bulk order from our club
members. If family and friends place an order with a check, they
can ONLY have the order shipped to Pam, there is no option to have
the card(s) sent directly to them.
- Our goal is to have orders shipped every 10 days to 2 weeks. This way we have time to get enough orders placed so that we can offset the costs of postage. If you are in no immediate hurry, then having your orders shipped in bulk gains more profit for the club.
Christmas is just around the corner and this is a great opportunity to do some early Christmas shopping. Everyone loves a gift card and our club will certainly profit.
